What kind of photo can I upload?
JPG, PNG or WebP up to 15 MB. The editor warns you if the image may be too small for the chosen print size.
Does the preview exactly match the final product?
The preview shows placement. Colour and visible texture depend on the material and print process, so important limitations are listed on each product.
When will my order arrive?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and partner. We show it before payment after the process has been tested.
What happens if my photo is unsuitable?
The order remains under review. If the artwork cannot be prepared at sufficient quality, we contact you before production.
